Look after each other
Heat is the real risk.
Spot it early
Stopped sweating, confused, unsteady, or a headache that came on fast. Those are not 'tired'. Act on them.
What to do
Get them into shade, get the crowd off them, loosen clothing, cool the neck and armpits, sips of water or ORS if they're conscious.
When to call
Unconscious, confused, or not improving within minutes — call 112 and keep cooling while you wait. Don't 'see how it goes'.
General first-aid guidance, not medical advice. If in doubt, call 112.
